As of July 1, 2020, Virginia is in Phase 3 of reopening! VA's reopening guidelines: https://www.vdh.virginia.gov/coronavirus/frequently-asked-questions/phase-1-safer-at-home/ Masks are currently mandatory in Virginia. Sacred Heart is a large church with space enough to safely accommodate more than our invited guests, so we are happy about that! We will have a table with masks and hand sanitizer for our guests at the church and reception venue as a precaution. As much as we would love for all of our guests to come, we do understand if you are unable to travel, or simply do not wish to make the trip. Stay safe and healthy!
To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page, linked at the top of the webpage. There, you will enter your name as it appears on your invitation and can RSVP for each member of your family.
When you go to RSVP, if "Guest" or your significant other's name is listed there, you both are invited! If not, we would prefer it if it were just you.
The best way to get to Winchester is to fly into Washington Dulles (IAD) and rent a car. Winchester is about an hour drive northwest of the airport. The wedding will be in Winchester, but the reception will take place in Front Royal, the next town about 20 minutes away. You may choose to stay either in town in Winchester or in Front Royal at one of the hotels where we have blocked rooms for guests to stay.
Yes! Both Sacred Heart and the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club have large (free) parking lots.
If you have a question or need assistance on the day of the wedding, please contact either Sarah Ryan or Amanda Rasch. Please do not call Kristin or Chris. Sarah Ryan (Matron of Honor) 434.806.8639 Amanda Rasch (Maid of Honor) 616.914.6145
