Sestri Levante

It’s a little quieter than Cinque Terre or Portofino, making it perfect for a relaxing seaside escape. You can get there easily by train along the Ligurian coast 🚆 or by car 🚗 (about 2.5–3 hours from Monforte d’Alba). Once in town, enjoy swimming, strolling the old streets, or simply relaxing with gelato by the sea.
Cannes
Fly into Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, the gateway to the French Riviera. Begin your trip with time in Cannes — famous for its film festival, palm-lined Promenade de la Croisette, beaches, and charming old town. You can also explore nearby Nice before renting a car and stopping in glamorous Monaco. From there, enjoy a scenic coastal drive through the south of France, passing colorful Portofino as you cross into northern Italy, and finally arrive in Piemonte for our wedding.
