What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you not arrive earlier than 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Arriving at least 15 minutes early to find a seat is suggested. The ceremony begins at 4:30.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire!

Is there parking available at the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is parking, however, you cannot leave a car at the venue overnight.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors.

Will there be transportation for wedding guests?

Answer

Yes! We will have transportation to and from the venue to both hotels listed on the travel tab. Guest Transportation to the Venue: DoubleTree Hotel Guest Pick Up- 3:45pm Hotel Verdant Guest Pick Up- 4:00pm The transportation will be a luxury coach that will pick up in front of the main lobby entrances of both hotels at their designated times. Return Transportation: A continuous shuttle will run after dinner from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM throughout the night. Of course we’d love you to stay, but feel free to take the shuttle back to your designated hotel at any time. Final shuttle back to the hotels will be at 11:30 PM

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We kindly ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have to decided this wedding will be an adult-only occasion unless otherwise specified.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by 5/10/2026 to ensure ample time for us to coordinate all the details! You can RSVP by going to the "RSVP" tab on our website.
