Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP via our website (under the RSVP tab) by June 14th.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If your plus one is invited, they will be listed under your RSVP. We have a strict guest count we are working to fit at the venue so we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration unless your child is listed under your RSVP. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to find childcare and let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm. This will give guests enough time to wander around the property, mingle with others, grab a welcome drink, and take a seat before the ceremony begins.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please check out the "Weekend Events" tab to see a detailed list of all events happening over the wedding weekend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing shuttles to the venue and from the venue back to the Oceanside area. Shuttles will be picking up from the Seabird Resort for all guests (even if you're not staying at the hotel). Shuttle #1 will be picking up at 3:15pm Shuttle #2 and #3 will be picking up at 3:30pm Note shuttle pickup location is NOT at the main entrance of the hotel. The shuttles cannot fit on the main entrance road so all pickups will happen on the opposite side of the hotel, on 1st Street. Valet can direct you should you need any assistance. Shuttles will begin departing from venue back to downtown Oceanside around 9:45pm-10:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at the venue. Cars can be left overnight and picked up in the morning, however keep in mind the venue is about a 20-25 minute drive inland of Oceanside if you are staying by the beach. We do encourage Uber/Lyft if you will be drinking. There will be a shuttle service at the end of the night to take guests back to downtown Oceanside (the Seabird Resort specifically).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Dinner will be served family style, but we will be sure to accommodate any special dietary restrictions. You will note this on your RSVP.
