Ceremony & Reception
4:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes, kilts, & gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please arrive on time for prompt ceremony start time. Drinks, dinner, & dancing to follow! Shuttle transportation to be provided from the Seabird Resort to Botanica. All guests including those not staying at the Seabird are welcome to take advantage of the shuttle services. If you plan to take the shuttle, there will be multiple shuttles leaving at different times to take guests to the venue. Shuttle #1 will be leaving the Seabird at 3:15pm. Shuttle #2 & #3 will be leaving the Seabird at 3:30pm. Note shuttle pickup location: The shuttles do not fit on the hotel's front entrance street so all shuttle pickups are located on the opposite side of the hotel from the main entrance, on 1st street (not Mission Ave). Valet will be able to direct you should you have trouble locating the pickup spot. Please arrive at the pickup location 5 minutes prior to departure time to ensure timely departures of all shuttles. If you miss the shuttles, you can easily catch an uber to the venue.
After Party

Not ready to end the night? Neither are we! Join us for an After Party back in downtown Oceanside. Last call for the bar is at 9:30pm and the reception will end at 10pm. Guests have until 11pm to vacate the property. Shuttles will be provided back to the Seabird Resort and the Mission Avenue Bar is a short walk (just a few blocks) up the street. For those not staying at the hotel or in downtown Oceanside, you may take the shuttle back to the hotel and then Uber home from there, or you can take an Uber straight from Botanica back to your Hotel/Airbnb. Please note you can change your mind on attending after RSVPing but please let us know if you most likely plan to join us afterwards so that we can give the bar a heads up if needed!

Day After Festivities

Staying in town for the remainder of the weekend? Need a hair of the dog? Join the happy couple and their families to reminisce on the wedding day and enjoy some beer, wine, and tacos at Matt’s favorite brewery. Feel free to come and go as you please, we'll be around from 11am-2pm. Hawaiian shirts highly encouraged 🤙🍻.
