Travel Note

Getting to Tuscany

First things first, getting there! We recommend flying directly into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), renting a car and making your way to Tuscany. And before anyone panics about driving in Italy, remember we're city slickers too! We promise it's manageable, and dare we say, half the fun. For those who would prefer to leave the driving to someone else, we'll be sharing recommendations for private transportation to and from the airport. Now, about booking those flights... If you're definitely joining us, our guess (and hope!) is that you'll be making a little Italian (or European) holiday out of it. So feel free to book your flights whenever makes the most sense for your travel plans. Speaking as someone who spends a lot of time thinking about travel, my advice is to start looking now or around 90 days out, when you can often find competitive fares. More details to come!

Accomodations

We know accommodations are probably top of mind, so here's the latest. Hotel room blocks won't be available to book until the beginning of the new year, but we're already working on a few options (in case you want to take a look!). For those who like to plan ahead, we've included a preview below of the hotels we're considering. And yes, we plan to provide transportation to and from from our selected hotels to the wedding venue, so no need to worry about that part of the logistics. For our wedding party: You'll be staying with us on property! We'll be in touch separately with all the details, so hold off on booking anything for now. More information, including booking links and rates, to come.
