Ponta da Piedade is a headland with a group of rock formations along the coastline of the town of Lagos, in the Portuguese region of the Algarve. Consisting of yellow-golden cliff-like rocks up to 20 meters high, they are one of the most famous touristic attractions of Portugal.
Kayak Tours – The Kayak Explorer tours are about 2.5 hours with a local guide, exploring sea caves and hidden beaches you can only reach by kayak. You’ll stop at one to snorkel and swim, then relax on a boat ride back to Batata Beach. Such a fun way to see the coastline!
Seeds Yoga in Lagos—such a gorgeous space to do a Yoga class with really lovely teachers. And it is right next to Black & White Café, our favourite place for brunch
Praia de Porto de Mós is a beautiful golden beach, surrounded by impressive rock formations. Beloved for its beauty, tranquility and good waves.
Meia Praia is hands down my favourite beach in Lagos. It’s huge, so it never feels too crowded, and has the perfect mix of chill vibes with a few great beach cafés and bars. The water’s super clean and great for swimming (just a heads up—it can be a bit chilly!), and there’s loads of watersports if you’re up for something active.
We highly recommend Black & White Café—our favourite spot in Lagos for amazing coffee and a really tasty brunch. The vibe is always lovely, and if you're on the go, their takeaway coffee and pastry shop next door is a must-try
The Coffee Studio—a really lovely spot for great coffee and something sweet. They do Sophie’s favourite oat milk lattes and John’s go-to flat whites, so it’s always a win.
Another gorgeous spot we love is Coffee & Waves—they do the best açaí smoothie bowls and really good coffee too. Super fresh, super pretty, perfect for a coffee and sweet treat.
Our absolute favourite spot for fresh, grilled prawns is Adega—a rustic, barn-style restaurant that serves the most delicious garlic prawns by the kilo. No frills, just seriously good food. It’s always our first and last stop whenever we’re in Lagos, and it never disappoints. No need for reservations you just queue up!
