How are you handling Covid safety?

Answer

We are asking all guests to provide us with either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test in the days leading up to the wedding. Please send one of these to sophie.sotsky@gmail.com no later than July 15 for a PCR and July 2 for proof of vaccination. Thank you! We are staying in close touch with the venue about the latest New York State rules and regulations around masks, and social distancing. We will update you as we get closer about what these policies will be. Whatever they are, we ask that you take the rules very seriously, as we will. Let's keep each other safe!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our fashion experts (ahem: Liza!) inform us that the outfits we are planning to wear fall into the category of "Summer Cocktail." So, you can dress for "Summer Cocktail," too, if you want to. We think that means, like... fancier than jeans, but not, like, super-duper-fancy. But really, the dress code is: whatever you want! Wear whatever makes you feel the awesomest! But, do note: This wedding is in the mountains in July, and there is a 15 minute walk between the ceremony and the party down a steep, gravelly path, so heels are discouraged. Unless heels are what makes you feel the awesomest, in which case we will find somebody to give you a piggyback up and down that hill.

Can I Uber from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

NO, there is no Uber in Mt Tremper! We'll provide transportation to and from our suggested places to stay at the beginning and end of Saturday. If you're staying at at Air BnB, or somewhere other than the places on our list, get in touch with us so that we can add the place you're staying to the shuttle loop.

Will there be bugs?

Answer

Yeah dude. In fact, the area has a high rate of Lyme disease, so nobody will judge you for tucking your pants into your socks, or spraying down your cute outfit and/or entire body with bug spray. In fact, we highly recommend that you do one or both of these things. IMPORTANT: Check yourself for ticks during the weekend, and after!
