How can I book a hotel room?

If you'd like to join us at Bear Valley Lodge, you will be able to book a room with our booking code sophieandbobby2026, which gets you a discount and allows you to stay in the hotel during our wedding weekend. The lodge will be ours for the weekend. https://www.bearvalley.com/lodging

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Meet in the lodge lobby at 3:30 to take the shuttle to the bottom of the ski lift.

Do I have to take the ski lift?

Answer

No, although we think it will be fun! There is very limited space for those who are unable to take the ski lift to be driven up the mountain.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, but please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate them!

What if the weather is terrible?

Answer

Thunderstorms are unlikely but possible. If it looks like there is a likelihood of a thunderstorm, we may move the ceremony time. If it looks like the lightning is unavoidable, we will move the ceremony to main room of the Bear Valley Lodge.
