The main airport in Mexico City is: Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX)
Upon arrival, every visitor must fill out and keep an FMM form (tourist card). Please keep these with your passports as they're needed to board your departing flight. There is a fee if you lose it ($20-25 USD) and it can cause delays.
Uber is the easiest and safest way to get around Mexico City. The US-based Uber app will work in Mexico.
For travel to and from the airport we recommend requesting Uber Black or Uber XL. The ride from or to the airport to the recommended hotel should cost around $20-$40 USD dollars or $400-$800MXN pesos.
Additionally, you may also hire a taxi at the airport. After passing customs and immigration, still inside the airport, taxi booths are available where you will find different companies such as Sitio 300 & Yellow Cab.
