What about COVID?

Answer

We are following all city ordinances related to COVID-19 and we want to ensure everyone's safety by asking that every guest presents a Negative covid Test taken within the 3 days before the event (antigen or PCR) at the Reception entrance. Guests visiting from the US will need this test, taken within the 3 days before their flight, in order to re-enter the US. We also want to reassure everyone by clarifying that our celebration will take place outdoors at a private residence in the garden. Additionally, every member of the event and kitchen staff will be wearing face coverings and gloves at all times and will have presented a negative covid test prior to entering the venue.

Any guests staying at the JW Marriott at least 2 nights can call the front desk and reserve a Free test taken at the very hotel. How are restaurants and businesses handling COVID?

Everywhere you go in Mexico City, the majority of people are still using masks for precaution. At every restaurant and business, there is always a person welcoming you with hand sanitizer and a contactless device to check your temperature. There is signage everywhere to foster safe distancing, and restaurants leave tables empty to promote social distance.
