Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Haue Valley (7100 Thornton Road, Pacific, Missouri). Everything will take place in one beautiful location, so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the celebration—just don’t forget your dancing shoes!
We kindly suggest arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. Our ceremony will begin promptly, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a single moment of this special day. If you plan to take the shuttle from the Comfort Inn Pacific (1320 Thornton St, Pacific, MO 63069), shuttle service will begin at 3:15. Please arrive to the hotel by 4:00 p.m. at the latest to ensure you’re on board and arrive at the venue in plenty of time for the celebration to begin.
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. However, vehicles cannot be left overnight—doing so will result in fines from the venue. To make things easier (and safer!), we’ve arranged for a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the hotel. We highly encourage everyone to use the shuttle so you can relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about driving or parking rules.
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn in Pacific so our guests can stay nearby and enjoy the full celebration with us. To receive the special rate, please book your room by May 18th. You can find all the details and booking information in the 'Travel' section of our website.

Your invitation will include the names of everyone invited. If a plus-one isn’t listed, we kindly ask that you join us solo and celebrate alongside our closest family and friends. We’re so grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to share this special day with you.

The evening will come to a close around 10:30 p.m., after a night filled with laughter, dancing, and celebration. We can’t wait to end the night surrounded by the people we love most.
