Here are few rooms that we have agreed on reduced group rates for our loved ones making the trip and need a place to stay. To get the discount, just call and let them know you are with the Sophia and William wedding. Rates were negotiated for October 24th-26th. If you need more nights just let them know and they will let you know how much it will be. Here are the rates and descriptions of each type of room: King Mini Suites- two rooms, the rates go for $189.00- The mini suites are just like a standard king room, except for it has a murphy bed that pulls out from the wall with a living room. The rooms are much larger than the standard king rooms. Rooms need to be reserved by September 24th for the discount. Double Queen Suite- five rooms, rates- $199.00. The suites are just like an apartment. The have two queen beds, that is in its own separate room with a closed door. They have a living room, that has a murphy bed that pulls out from the wall. Then it also has a full-size kitchen with a bar table, bar stool chairs. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher and stove. It comes with pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, everything you need. You just will need to bring the food. King Suite- One room, rates- $199.00. Just like the double queen suite except, it only has one king bed in the private bedroom. Also, has the murphy bed and full-size kitchen with everything included as the double queen suite. Standard king- three rooms, rates- $179.00. They are just a standard king room, has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Has a work desk. Our hotel offers a free full hot breakfast buffet, an omelet station that is included with the room where the omelets are made right directly in front of the guest. We also have a large heated indoor pool/hot-tub and a 24-hour exercise room. The special discount is for guests that are at the wedding for Barn at Madar Farms.

We have also made arrangements for group rates with Holiday Inn. To get the group rate, call and let them know you are booking for the Sophia and William wedding. You can call starting the morning of August 8th. We have 3 King rooms and 7 Double queen rooms reserved for the group. Price is $139 for the night of October 25th only. Reservations must be made by September 25th.
