We ask everyone RSVP by September 20th, 2025. Thank you in advance for your timely response so we have time to plan for the number of people that can make it.
Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the cermony to give us enough time make sure everyone is parked and has a place to sit inside the barn. Cermony will start promptly at 4:00.
We would love to have more people join us, but due to limited space and food accommodations we are keeping it to only those that are on the RSVP list.
Due to there being a family weekend at the college in Pullman, WA, Pullman and Moscow are very difficult to find a place to stay. We have worked with a couple hotels in the Clarkston, WA area to get group rates which are posted under the Travel tab. Getting a place ASAP is recommended.
The cermony and reception will likely be inside the barn due to the unpredictability of the weather that time of year at the venue.
We will have a nacho/taco bar with pork, corn or flour tortillas, and veggies and toppings to go with it along with a few side dishes.
We have tried to accommodate for all kinds of food allergies with being able to choose your own toppings. But, if you are worried about your specific food allergy, we would recommend bringing a food you know you will be able to eat.
We have decided to not serve alcohol at the venue nor is any allowed on the premises.
