Suggested attire: come as you are. There will be ping pong, so wear comfortable shoes if you plan to play.
The welcome event will take place at a venue walkable from both the ceremony venue and the Warwick hotel. This is an optional event meant to welcome guests traveling from out of town and staying overnight on Friday. You are welcome to come for some, all, or no portion of the event. There will be a few light bites and wine and beer served.
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Suggested attire: semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome in preparation for the reception in the evening, and so are more casual sundresses.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Suggested attire: black-tie. Please wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, and tuxes or suits.
There will be bussed transportation departing from the hotel. More information to come.

The buses will take guests from the reception venue to the after party. There will be even more dancing and champagne. The after party is walkable to the hotel.
