What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 6:00pm. Please arrive by 5:00pm to ensure a smooth start to the ceremony. Be sure to take time to sign our guest book and watch the live painting artist prepare before the wedding begins.

Why does Howe Farms show a different address when searched on Maps?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Pavilion Venue, located on the beautiful grounds of Howe Farms. While the Howe Farms office appearing on the map is located at 7600 Runyan Road, Georgetown, TN 37366, just a few minutes from the venue, the address for the Pavilion is 11895 Dolly Pond Road, Birchwood, TN 37308. This address will take you directly to the venue.

Will alcohol be served at the event? Can we bring our own?

Answer

Beer, wine, and a couple of classic cocktails—margaritas and old fashions—will be served. We kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought to the wedding, as this would violate our venue contract. Thank you for your understanding!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains as we say our vows. The reception will follow in the lovely temperature-controlled indoor celebration room, where we can share food and conversation together.

Ample parking is available at the venue for your convenience.
