As we'll be setting up home in OZ in 2021, we've plenty of household items on our 'to buy' list so our registry is quite old fashioned. Anything bought from the registry will be delivered to us so there's no need for guests to pick up and bring on the day. However, we will have a gift table at the reception for those who want to bring their own present. We'll also have a box of some kind for those who prefer to gift money.
We encourage our overseas guests - who've spent a lot of money to celebrate with us on our special day - to gift something small and inexpensive. Perhaps something that's special or sentimental? E.g. a souvenir from home - like a tea towel or something homemade? Anything that we'll hold on to forever.
