What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:30pm to 3:45pm. Ceremony is at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi formal attire. Less formal than black-tie, black-tie optional. Bridging the gap between cocktail and formal. Suits are welcomed. We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! We can't wait for you to celebrate with us! RSVP by July 31st 2026 so we can get the party started!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask you to kindly turn off your ringers during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are excited to share their photos with you.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We kindly request no children other than immediate family. Have a date night! Get a babysitter, leave the kids at home, and enjoy the night kid free with us!

Yes! You can find our wedding registry on the tab on our website. We are registered on Crate and Barrel, William and Sonoma, Amazon, and Zola!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Please note that the Woodmark Hotel does not own the parking lot. There is a 15-minute grace period, and 2-hour parking validations are available from the retail shops, restaurants, and the Woodmark Hotel. Current Parking Rates: 0-1/2 hours: $5.00 1-2 hours: $7.00 1/2-1 hour: $6.00 2-3 hours $10.00 3-4 hours: $12.00 4-5 hours: $15.00 5-6 hours: $18.00 6-8 hours: $21.00 8-12 hours: $23.00 12-24 hours: $25.00 Overnight/Lost tickets-$25.00
