We spent most of our lives as neighbors in Edmonds, just a house apart, yet somehow our paths never truly crossed. That all changed one day when our moms struck up a conversation — and decided we might just be perfect for each other. (Turns out, they were right!) Not long after, Joshua sent Sophie a message that started it all: “Heard our moms are trying to get us together lol.” That lighthearted text led to our first date at Demetris in Edmonds on a beautiful sunny day, sitting out on the patio. From that moment, something just clicked — and we’ve been inseparable ever since. It’s funny to think that the love of our lives was right next door all along. We are so grateful that God’s timing was perfect, and that He brought us together exactly when we were meant to be. Now, we can’t wait to say “I do” and spend forever with each other.
