You can click the tab above that says "RSVP" at any time. If for some reason you are unable to RSVP via this website, please RSVP by messaging the bride by the RSVP deadline of August 15th, 2025.

Kindly RSVP by August 15, 2025 We are counting down the days and dinner plates! Please let us know if you are joining us for our special day by August 15th so we can plan the food, drinks, and all the fun accordingly to ensure that the day runs smoothly! We want to make sure that there is a seat (and a mini pie) with your name on it!

What if I Do Not RSVP by August 15th, 2025?

Answer

We truly hope you’ll be there to celebrate with us! To help us finalize details with our venue and vendors, we kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 15th. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate responses after this date, and guests who haven’t RSVP’d will be considered unable to attend. Your timely reply helps ensure we have a seat, meal, and glass raised just for you! Thank you for understanding!

Can I Bring a Date or a Plus One?

Answer

We love celebrating love, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one where the invitation is made out to "Your Name & Guest Name," they’re absolutely invited and we can’t wait to see you both! Thank you for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate and meaningful!

What is the Dress Code?

Cocktail Attire. We’d love for our guests to look and feel their best while keeping things put-together and festive. Cocktail attire is dressy, but not too formal, and perfect for a celebration like ours! Here are some ideas to help guide you: For Women: • Elevated Mini, Midi, or Floor-Length Dresses • Dressy Jumpsuits or Polished Two-Piece Sets • Heels, Flats, or Dressy Sandals • Accessories For Men: • Suits or Dress Pants with a Blazer • Button-Down Shirts with Dress Pants (Ties are Optional) • Dress shoes Think: Dressy enough for champagne toasts while still being able to hit the dance floor! Feel free to have fun with color and style. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

Are Children Invited?

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We want this evening to be a special time for us to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the night with our closest family and friends. We hope this night out feels like a treat for you, too!

What Time Should I Arrive for the Wedding Ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow plenty of time to find your seat, mingle with fellow guests, and get settled. We want everyone to be relaxed and ready as we begin this special moment together. Your presence means so much to us!

Is there Parking at the Venue?

Answer

There is a small parking lot available at the venue for guest use, but space is limited. If it fills up, don’t worry, there are several public parking decks nearby, as well as street parking along Washington Street. We recommend giving yourself a little extra time to park and get settled.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

We’ve poured our hearts into creating a day that truly reflects us, filled with meaningful details, delicious food, and a space that feels special and personal. While we won’t be having an open bar, we’re excited to treat you to a signature drink during cocktail hour to kick things off! Please note that quantities are limited, and once our signature sips are gone, the bar will switch to a card-only bar for the remainder of the evening. Thank you for understanding and for raising a glass with us as we celebrate this unforgettable day!

What Form of Payment does the Bar at the Reception take?

Card-Only Bar. Please note that the bar will be card-only for the duration of the reception, per the venue’s policy. We recommend bringing a debit or credit card if you plan to purchase drinks after cocktail hour, thank you!

Is there a Hotel Block?

Answer

We want all of our guests to have a fun, memorable, and safe experience and that includes having a cozy place to rest after the celebration! We’ve reserved two hotel blocks at nearby hotels to make things as easy as possible for you. You can find all the details under the “Accommodations” tab on our website. Just click the links provided, and you’ll be taken directly to our reserved room blocks. We recommend booking early to ensure availability as room availability is limited.

Will Transportation Accommodations be Available to our Wedding Guests?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be available! We’ve arranged for a shuttle service to ensure all of our guests get back to their hotels safely at the end of the night. When you’ve danced your heart out and celebrated to the fullest, the shuttle will be there to take you home, no need to worry about the drive!

Do Sophia and Jacob have a Wedding Registry?

Answer

Your presence on our special day truly means the world to us, and is more than enough! But if you feel inclined to help us start our next chapter, we’ve created registries at Target and Amazon, which can be found under the “Registry” tab on our website. We’ve also set up a Nesbitt Honeymoon Fund for those who’d like to contribute toward a future getaway as Husband and Wife! We’re hoping to enjoy a honeymoon together sometime next year as newlyweds!
