What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. For example a suit or formal gown.

Our wedding colors are Navy and Gold.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

RSVP by June 1st 2021 online.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Even though Dallas has subtropical weather, temperatures may vary this time of year. We would encourage you to wear a Jacket.

Where is the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Ceremony and reception will be held in the Hotel Ball Room.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures for about an hour. Guest can head straight to the reception hall where we will have light refreshments.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

For your convenience, we have blocked rooms available at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Duncanville. When calling to make reservation, please mention Sophia Clarke and Dana Shehee wedding in order to receive a discounted rate. Please call 972-283-9777 to make your reservation.

No. Please inform us of your allergy, so we can inform you if our food is safe for you to eat.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are asking guest to kindly refrain from posting photos of the wedding party until the professional photos have been shared.
