SHE SAID : This journey started over twenty five years ago in Queens New York, at a local post office. However, there was a gentleman standing behind me in line who ask me a question. HE SAID: I asked her, “where’s your jacket?”, she answered. SHE SAID: When I responded , he noticed my accent and asked where I was from, I said Jamaica. We talked. Dana was my first American friend and I couldn't wait to tell my sister Marcia when I got home. HE SAID: I promised to ensure her safety in this busy city and that she should take my number just in case. SHE SAID: I called his pager a week later and our conversations were always interesting. HE SAID : It seem like such a long time before I heard from her and I was happy to hear the soft spoken sound of her voice and proper diction transmitting through the phone. As days continued, I admired Sophia's sophistication. However, due to life circumstances Sophia and I gracefully parted ways. I was a single father of three children and I reasoned that it would be best for her to live life. While apart she made four beautiful children, who I dearly care about. SHE SAID: I didn't like the cold weather in New York and relocated to Georgia. I started a family and four years after my divorce I followed through, on my thoughts of my friend “Dana”. I googled him and called his ministry. I was happy to hear his voice and happier to know he was unmarried. Dana is likable just ask my children. HE SAID: Here we are, Sophia and I realizing what we had and have and grateful to GOD to get a second chance of being together always and forever. I had an additional daughter since Sophia and it is wonderful and thoughtful that Sophia included all our daughters in her bridal party. SHE SAID: I cannot write my life story without mentioning his name. Dana Shehee is the man I love and respect. HE SAID: My precious love has returned and I know now why I hadn't married. I waited for Sophia, who is the love of my life. Praise God in Jesus name.
