Can I stay at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are accommodations available at the venue in the form of bungalows (individual hotel rooms) and private cabins. Please reach out to Sophia and Alfonso if you would like to book one of these rooms.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th so we can save you a space! If you need additional time for planning, please reach out to us directly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2 PM on the day of the ceremony. We will start the ceremony promptly around that time, so we want to ensure you have time to get seated comfortably.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please mention any food restrictions in your RSVP. We will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available at the cocktails and dinner, but please let us know if you have any other allergies or restrictions that we should be aware of.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. We will also have taxis available to take you home after the party so you can be fully present. The town is small, but quite hilly and cobblestoned, so we do recommend having a vehicle (rental car or you can rent an ATV there!) to move around town.

What language will the event and music be in?

Answer

The event and music will be bilingual (Spanish-English) to celebrate the bride and groom's backgrounds. We will do our best to make the experience fun, comfortable, and accessible for our diverse guests!
