CLT is the closest airport to Hickory and about an hour away. Rental cars can be acquired here, but also check out the Hickory Hop!

Hickory Hop Shuttle from Airport

“The HOP” operates full schedules 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Be sure to reserve you spot online. Shuttles leave every ~1.5hrs and are very reliable. Current rates are: $50 one way, $90 round trip (Additional Family Members ride $25 one way, $45 round trip, Parent accompanied children 12 and under ride free)

Hampton Inn Hickory

Only 10-15 minutes from the ceremony and venue! The Hampton Inn is where we have reserved a hotel block, but feel free to stay nearby at the Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard, or Fairfield if you prefer one hotel brand over another. All are located in an area close to each other. Please note that our room block rate is for a “flexible” reservation; however, non-refundable rates online may be more affordable options. The block rate will be available until September 9, 2026.
