Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Lite bites and a few cocktails, please come and enjoy time mingling with our guests. Open house come anytime between 4-8pm The Altaira is 0.9 miles from the Hyatt Regency (20 min walk) (4 min drive) (about $7-$9 UBER each way). Please give your name or state you’re part of the Vernon Welcome party at Altaira at the security gate.

Ceremony

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

We know the Ceremony is early. You'll have a break period after the Ceremony until the start of the Cocktail hour. Take this time to rest, nap, and refresh before the party! If you're not staying at the Hyatt you may show up early and relax in the beautiful atmosphere of the resort. There is a bar, restaurant, or just relax in the lounge areas. The time will go faster than you think! For guests who wanted to take bus: buses will start loading at 12:00pm, please be ready outside the hotel!
