Due to the very limited space at the Ceremony Site, it is to our dismay that we cannot have everyone attend - But we still want to celebrate this special day with you! Those who receive the Butterfly Estates Invitations need to RSVP by the 5th of December - (edit: postal is a bit behind, please try to RSVP around this date the best you can - we understand some delays may not give much time to respond) - this is for both the Ceremony & Reception. Friends and Family who receive the Calusa Preserve Invitations will need to RSVP to the Reception Only on website. If you did not receive a tangible RSVP, we probably don't have your information - Sorry! We hope this does not hurt anyone's feelings as this was very hard for us. IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SORT OF CUMMUNICATION REGARDING ATTENDANCE BY FEB 5TH YOU WILL BE ASSUMED AS A DECLINED STATUS. (there are a couple exceptions, you know who you are)
Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to the Ceremony - The Wedding will start at 3pm Sharp. There is no sneaking in and standing towards the back once the Ceremony has started. There is only one way in and out. You will not be permitted in and will miss the Ceremony unfortunately.
The Ceremony Site will have very limited seating for those who cannot stand for the duration of the event. Everyone will stand along the 2 white railings looking inward towards the mini cul-de-sac and alter. Please Do Not walk or stand along the paths with Rose Petals - This is where the Wedding Party will walk to the Alter. Space is limited so love thy neighbor.
We regret to say kids of any age will not be permitted to any event during this Wedding. If anyone has questions or concerns please contact the Bride-to-Be.
Please make sure to dine or snack before the Reception. There will be a 2 hour allotted gap. Take a stroll downtown or book a reservation in advance. There is a small cafe across from the Ceremony location and Thrifty Garden. Small Finger Foods will be present. (Mini subs, wraps, veggies, fruits, pastries and other desserts)
While gifts are not expected they are certainly appreciated! A table will be set at the Reception Site for Gifts and a Card Drop Box will also be present just in case. We do have a Registry but everything is welcomed! https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/Soontoobesoos
Parking is provided for those who decide to drive in both locations beyond the gates. We suggest Ubering and Carpooling - The hotel is roughly 5/10 minutes away. Signs will help guide you once parked.
Anywhere! There will not be assigned seating. Please choose a table and enjoy! Don't be shy! While chairs and benches are provided, please feel free to bring comfy outdoor seating if you wish. There will be a spot for every guest behind the Pine Pavilion.
We will not have a DJ, not to worry, music will still be present and dancing is encouraged! Dancing will take place under the Pine Pavilion. Music vibes will be a mix of Reggae, Funk & Alternative.
Please keep your political and personal preferences to yourself. Keep in mind everyone has their own opinions and they might not align with yours! This is a Wedding to Celebrate, not a Debate Room for Politics. Lets keep the good times rolling and save the opinions for another time. While Covid is certainly still real and around us, we are not requiring Masks.. If you would like to wear one we understand but keep in mind not everyone will choose to do so. Additionally everyone attending may not be fully Vaccinated. IF you have any symptoms Please immediately get Tested and DO NOT ATTEND unless you are in the clear. While we want everyone there, we do not want to get Anyone sick.
