We are having an Unplugged Ceremony - Please keep your devices Away and Silenced during this special moment. Keep in mind this Venue is a Greenhouse, it may be a bit warm. This is also a Standing Ceremony - Limited bench seating is available for certain guests. There will be a donation jar at the entrance - this is NOT for the Happy Couple but for the Butterfly Garden itself. This Venue is a non profit center who rely on donations. If you would like to drop a couple of dollars please do, otherwise a Card and Money Drop Box will be at the Reception located at the Gift table for the Bride & Groom. Adult Only Event
3:30 pm - 5:45 pm
The Garden Store is on the same lot, next building over. Please enjoy some beer, wine, a lil liquor and good conversation on the deck while we make moments last forever on film. Each guest attending the Ceremony will receive one drink ticket for the Garden Store. Additional beverages may be purchased. Tickets can be used for non alcoholic beverages as well. Adult Only Event
3:45 pm - 5:45 pm
Please take this time to freshen up at the hotel and a moment to fill your bellies. While finger foods will be present at the Reception, a full dinner will Not be provided. (Mini subs, wraps, veggies, fruits, pastries & desserts)
5:45 pm - 9:30 pm

The Reception will be held Outdoors at the Pine Pavilion and Meadow. Ladies be conscious of your shoe selections - We suggest flats, low block heels, or wedges for better mobility in the grass. Garden Games, Music and a Fire Pit will be available for everyone's enjoyment. BYOB if you want anything fancy/specific or want to indulge a bit. Limited beer and wine will be there. While ice will be present for beverage cups, we do suggest bringing a cooler with cold packs or ice as well if you are bringing beverages to sit under your tables. A Champaign Toast Shooter will be provided along with Non-alcoholic Beverages (Sweet Tea, Lemonade & H2O). Cups, plates, ect are all there. Limited Finger Foods will be set up at the event including mini subs, wraps, fruits, veggies, pastries & other desserts. (No official dinner) Adult Only event.

Say goodbye to the Bride & Groom with sparklers as the best day of our lives comes to a fantastic close. ( We are waiting for an OK from the venue to use sparklers, this may change )

Depending on how we feel, we may continue the festivities at the hotel or bar hopping downtown.
