Bar Service?

There will be a cash bar. Christian and I are providing water, regular/diet coke, and regular/diet white soda.

Ceremony and Reception are in the same building. Please give us space by hanging out around the bar and left side of the space as we flip the center area for the reception.

Dress semi - formal, warm and comfortable. There will be a place to hang coats at venue.

What if it snow storms?

Answer

If the weather is forecasted to be poor on Saturday the wedding is still on. I chose one venue for this very reason; to make as little travel as possible. We hope poor weather won't hold you back from celebrating with us. If the weather is poor on your planned day of travel we hope you make travel plans accordingly and arrive a day early if you must. If weather is forecasted to be poor on Sunday for those of you driving home, please schedule accordingly so you travel safely home Saturday night or Monday.

Do You Need Help?

Yes! A list below if you would like to volunteer. Call Lynnae at 262-719-1360 to let here know if you want to help with any of these items: 1) make a pie or two for dessert (no nuts please). We would like to actually have a pie contest if we have enough interested. 2) Water boy/girl - 1 to 2 people to help keep water and soda bins stocked during cocktail hour and reception. 3) Set up - several people willing to help set up for wedding 4) Take Down - several people willing to help take down after send off. 5) If you live near me and would like to get crafty, I will be making decorations the week after Christmas for the wedding. I would love some help putting things together that week.
