Please be aware, rooms are first come first serve and based on availability upon booking. Please view the FAQs page for answers to any question you may have. Hope to see you all there! Rates: all-inclusive for room accommodations & all-inclusive meal/drink package. Includes all taxes & service charges. Price per day. Studio/Golf Villa Studio Single Occupancy: $330.00 Double occupancy: $250.00pp x 2pp = $500.00 Triple occupancy: $245.00pp x 3pp = $735.00 Quad occupancy: $240.00pp x 4pp = $960.00 One bedroom/Golf Villa 1B Single Occupancy: $346.00 Double occupancy: $266.00pp x 2pp = $532.00 Triple occupancy: $261.00pp x 3pp = $783.00 Quad occupancy: $256.00pp x 4pp = $1024.00 Children Policy: children 5 & younger are free Children 6-17: $100.00 per child per day. Discounted group rates are available: October 20-30,2024. Individual reservations may vary. ***3 Night Minimum Stay*** October-November 2024 Click on your dates, then x out of the current sales, group rates are lower. Click on Next Step our group rates will appear. Choose room type Click on Next Step Complete Reservation Info, name, credits card and e-mail. You have the choice of paying a one-night deposit or the total. The balance will be charged at 30 days prior to arrival. Book Now and reservation will be completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Rights of Cancellation and Cancellation Fees $100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled 31+ days of arrival. One night cancellation fee if cancelled 30 or less days of arrival. Reservations Department: 1 800 367 3484 prompt # 2. This is available Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST. Do not call after hours as our night service will not have your discounted rates. Do not call at 7:59am or 5:01pm as you will get the afterhours service.
