Shuttle
Shuttle from Hotel Block to Venue
September 30, 2023 3:30 pm - 10:15 pm
A shuttle will be running from the Embassy Suites to the The White Room starting at 3:30pm. It will go back and forth the entire duration of the wedding. The last shuttle will leave around 10:15pm. If you aren't staying at the hotel or miss the shuttle, we advise using Uber or Lyft. Parking is extremely limited at The White Room.

Embassy Suites by Hilton St Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort
du Bernard-Robinson Wedding We have booked our wedding block here! John and Sonya will be staying here as well. Our block is from Friday, September 29th-Sunday, October 1st. Rate is $209/night + $22/day resort fee and $35/day valet parking. These fees include: breakfast, yoga classes, beach chair and umbrella rentals, and 2-hour bicycle rentals. The rate can be extended a few days depending on hotel availability. Call and let them know you're with the du Bernard-Robinson wedding block.

Orlando International Airport
Another option would be to fly into Orlando and travel about 2 hours to St. Augustine. You would have to rent a car.

In addition to the hotel block, there are a lot of great accommodations options in downtown St. Augustine. We recommend looking for a room/place downtown for close access to all the city has to offer.
