Question

Will there be transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we booked a shuttle bus with East Coast Transportation. First bus will leave from the Embassy Suites to The White Room at 3:30pm. The bus will circle the entire night. Last shuttle from The White Room to the Embassy Suites will be just after 10pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Black Tie Optional: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties or suit with jacket and tie. Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Is the ceremony "unplugged"?

Answer

No. Take photos and videos if you like. Please be mindful of the photographer and try to keep phones out of the aisle.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Check our hotel block at the Embassy Suites. Another option would be to rent a place through Airbnb or VRBO. There are also many small boutique hotels and bed and breakfasts in downtown St. Augustine. All would be great options.

Is there parking at the reception venue?

Answer

Parking is extremely limited at The White Room. You could try your luck finding parking downtown but we highly recommend the shuttle, an uber/lyft, or carpooling.

Are children invited?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night a relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception. Thank you for understanding.
