Your health and safety are our top priority! To that end, we will be taking the following precautions during the ceremony and reception: Reduced guest list to less than 50 attendees. The ceremony will be live-streamed for those who cannot attend in person. Everything will be outside. The only thing you should need to go inside for is the restroom which will be stocked with soap and disposable hand towels. Feel free to wear a mask! There may even be a fun party favor you can use in the event you leave yours at home. The dinner tables will be spaced 6 feet apart and will not be filled to capacity. Everyone will receive disposable gloves to wear while going through the buffet. Hand Sanitizer will be available on every table. Your chair will be labeled with your name so that you alone will use it from ceremony to reception.
If you've already RSVP'd "not attending," you are still invited to the live-stream! For everyone else, please look for a letter in the mail during the week of July 20th which will provide direction.
You can view the livestream on Zoom via the following link: Topic: Sonja Ruppel and Adam Skoglund Wedding Join Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3939585656 Meeting ID: 393 958 5656
For those who attend in-person rather than live-streaming, the wedding will be entirely outside for maximum COVID safety. You should only need to go inside to use the restroom which will be stocked with soap, hand sanitizer and desposible towels.
Formal / Semi-Formal. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. As this party has moved to a grassy yard, consider wearing flats!
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” via this website or by mailing in your RSVP card so we can plan accordingly.
The wedding is no longer going to be at a venue but will instead be in our back yard. As this is a residential neighborhood, street parking is all that will be available. Carpooling and getting dropped off are encouraged! Otherwise, make sure to plan enough time and the right shoes to potentially park a few blocks away and walk.
Yes! For food, there will be some snacks during the social hour and a buffet dinner. Vegetarian meals are available to those who request it on their RSVP cards. For drinks, there will be a water, coffee, soda, beer and wine.
Target, Crate&Barrel and Menards. You can link directly to the registries by clicking on the Registry tab of this website. Another option is to contribute to our Honeymoon fund (via Zola or any other method). We are planning to go on an adventure as soon as COVID allows!
