NYC is known for many things: "the city that never sleeps," theatre, museums, overcrowded sidewalks, and impossible-to-find dinner reservations, to name a few. If you strip all this away, you will get something similar to May 2020. The city was quiet, empty, and dreamy. City gardens were in full bloom, and only a few lucky people were there to experience it. Thanks to our office's group chat, Lauren noticed Andrew was still in New York. She made the first move (no surprise there) and asked Andrew to sidewalk margaritas (another pandemic perk) at Tacombi in Nolita. A couple of margs later and countless hours giggling, they both knew they had something special worth exploring. They spent their first dates bicycling the vacated streets, picnicking in Central Park with their dog, Kyle, and meeting each other's friends and family. Over the next few months, just as the city started to awaken and bloom to catch up to the city gardens, they fell in love. It only makes sense to tie the knot with all our family and friends in this special place.
