Downtown Vancouver to Langley

September 7, 2026 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Pick‑up Location: Outside Burrard Station, Vancouver, BC V6C 0A4, Canada Pick‑up Note: There will be one pick-up time at 1:00pm near Burrard Station in Downtown Vancouver, to arrive in Langley at approximately 3:00pm. A bus has been arranged to take guests to Langley the day before the wedding, as most accommodation and the Day 2 Pool Party venue are based there. We will also stop at Walmart en route so guests can stock up on groceries, drinks, and other essentials to bring back to their accommodation, if required.

Langley to Wedding Venue Return (Wedding Day)

September 8, 2026 2:00 pm - 2:00 am

Pick-up Location: Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre, 20393 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC V3A 7N2, Canada Pick‑up Note: There will be one pick-up time at Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre at 2:00pm, to arrive at the wedding venue, Chilliwack Golf Club, at around 3:00pm. The bus will return to Langley at around 2:00am, following the close of the wedding celebrations.

Getting to Day 2 Pool Party

Uber is available in Langley for transport to and from the pool party.

Langley to Downtown Vancouver & Airport

September 10, 2026 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Pick-up Location: Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre, 20393 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC V3A 7N2, Canada Pick‑up Note: There will be one pick-up time at Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre at 10:30am. One central pick‑up location will be used to keep Airport drop‑offs running smoothly. The bus will stop at Vancouver Airport (YVR) around 12:00pm, then continue to Downtown Vancouver with a final drop‑off at approximately 1:00pm. If you need to reach the Airport earlier than 12:00pm, please arrange your own transport to avoid any issues.
