Please be sure to reach out to either the bride, groom, or the parents' of either the bride or groom to inform them of any serious food allergies as soon as possible to coordinate food. We would very much like to avoid causing any allergic reactions for your safety. Thanks!

Dress Code

FORMAL (Please do not arrive wearing jeans or white attire, this would be very much appreciated!) This is an outdoor-winter-mountain-top wedding, so remember to dress warm! We will have heaters and firepits for warmth as well.

Children & Plus Ones

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite everyone, we can only accommodate a limit number of guest at our venue with space availability. Unless your invitation specifies a plus one or child's name, then please coordinate plans to be child free. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day, if not able to attend we do understand as well.

Parking

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location which is limited to parking for the bridal party and vendors only. There will be transportation provided at a designated pickup location (to be determined later) where guests will be able to leave their vehicles, get picked up by a bus, and then dropped off at the venue. More transportation information will be provided as we get closer to the wedding date.

Arrival Time

Gates open at 2:45 PM, and guests will be asked to take their seats 15 minutes prior to the Ceremony beginning at 3:30 PM. Please take into consideration that gates will shut at the start of the Ceremony, but will be reopened with the start of the Cocktail Party at 4:00 PM and Reception to begin by 5:30 PM.

Your presence is the greatest gift we could receive! We are most excited to celebrate this special moment with those we love the most. As we've lived together for several years and raising two boys together, we're lucky to already have most of what we need for our home. Our biggest dream is to purchase land and build our first home where we can put down roots and grow our family.
