Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Be there by 5pm. Once the ceremony has started people will not be allowed to sit. There will be a welcome drink served so get there early to enjoy!

What is the dress code?

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will take place outdoors - weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be combined indoor outdoor seating with outdoor firepits. The reception will take place indoors with access to the outside fire pits and seating throughout the night.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although we cannot predict the exact forecast, expect 50-60s during the day and 40-50s in the evening. Bring a light shawl or jacket for when you leave or if you may be chilly during the ceremony.

What will your wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

Guest should arrive prior to the ceremony to enjoy light refreshments and food. The ceremony should be approximately 30 mins followed by cocktail hour, and then a 4 hour long reception.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided to anyone staying at the Hyatt House. If you require transportation from a different hotel please reach out to the bride or groom for reccomendations or support.

Yes. There is valet parking at the Ryland Inn

Can I bring my kids?

Children are welcome to the wedding. We do ask that during the ceremony to remove your children if they are crying.

When you RSVP please indicate what type of alergy or restrictions you have. Feel free to also reach out via text for any sever alergies

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have a no technology cereomy. Please keep your phones and devices away as to not conflict with our photographer and videographer. But please take as many photos and videos as possible during cocktail hour and reception!

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?

Answer

Your invite should include a +1. If it has not and you need one please reach out to the bride or groom.
