We will be providing shuttles to the venue from the Tru By Hilton Ashburn, Courtyard Dulles Town Center, and the Springhill Suites Dulles North
Shuttle Schedule
2:30 pm
Wedding Party shuttle will begin boarding at the Courtyard at 2:30pm departing promptly at 2:40pm. It will then begin boarding at the Tru by Hilton at 2:50pm departing promptly at 3:00pm. Guest shuttles will begin boarding at the Courtyard at 4:00pm departing promptly at 4:15pm. Guest shuttle will begin boarding at the Springhill Suites at 3:30pm departing promptly at 3:45pm. Guest shuttle will begin boarding at the Tru by Hilton at 4:00pm departing promptly at 4:15pm. Early departure shuttle from the reception will begin boarding at 9:30pm departing promptly at 9:45pm dropping off at all three hotels. End of reception shuttles will begin boarding at 10:30pm departing promptly at 10:45pm. One shuttle will drop off at Bar Louie, Springhill Suites and Tru by Hilton. One shuttle will drop off at the Courtyard.
