All flights to Puebla from the US connect through Houston. From the airport you can take an Uber or a Taxi to your hotel.

Drive to Puebla

If you want to drive, you can rent a car at the Mexico City airport and drive to Puebla, using "Autopista Mexico-Puebla". This road has tolls, and they only accept cash or tag.
