We're getting married!

Dear family and friends, We are so excited to celebrate with you all soon! You and our wedding vendors’ health and safety are our #1 priority, and therefore, we wanted to inform you of some of the pre-cautions that we are taking. - We are working closely with our venue and vendors to ensure that CDC guidelines and local and state ordinances are at the forefront of our minds. - With the exception of restrooms and an indoor bar, our wedding will be outdoors at a spacious venue, which will allow for proper social distancing. - Masks are optional when outdoors, however, are required when using or going through the indoor facilities. We encourage you to bring a mask with you, but will also have disposable masks available. - We will have multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue. - All meals and appetizers will be served to limit our guests from needing to move around. Our love story began in late 2017, just a few weeks after Josh had moved out to San Jose, California. After our second date to Santa Cruz, it was clear that there was something very special between us. From then on most of our weekends were spent adventuring together showing Josh around the Bay Area. From trips to wine country, camping in Yosemite, to making new recipes together, it was a new adventure every week. A year into dating, we started to plan our most exciting adventure yet, Italy. Josh had never been and it was the country he most wanted to visit next. Luckily, he would be with an excellent tour guide since Sofia had previously spent a summer in Italy. However, Josh had planned for Sofia's return to Italy to be a very special visit. We started our trip in Rome where Sofia gave an excellent tour of the city. Next we went to the Italian coast in Cinque Terre. As soon as Josh saw how beautiful the coast and villages were he knew this would be the special place. On August 26, 2019, after dinner, we climbed onto some rocks along the coast line and watched the village light up along the water. This is where Josh proposed to Sofia's astonishment, "was the ring in your pocket this whole time?!", then she immediately said yes. We now look forward to our next adventure, marriage, and cannot wait to celebrate with our friends and family.
