Is there a shuttle to the wedding?

Answer

3pm departure from Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown 815 E Main Street, 59715 (3:20 arrival at venue) Leaves Firelight Farm at 10pm and 11:50pm All are STRONGLY encouraged to use the shuttle. Please bike or carpool to the shuttle pickup. Parking is available on Main Street or in Spitz parking lot. Cars left at the venue after 9am Sunday will be charged a $500 fee by Firelight!

Should I rent a vehicle?

Answer

We recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to venture away from your hotel. Bozeman does not have robust public transit.

Does Bozeman have Uber?

Answer

For the most part, yes. However, we are still a growing city in this aspect. We recommend checking uber availability for your arrival time. It is less available during odd hours.

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

We ask guests to arrive between 3-3:40pm for a 4pm ceremony start. The bar will be open at 3:15!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to welcome more guests, however we are limited by the venue's capacity. Invited guests are noted on the invitation. If you have a plus-one, it will be noted when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately we can not accommodate more guests due to venue restrictions. Please reach out if this poses an impossibility!

What should I wear?

Answer

Suggested attire is listed under each event under the schedule tab. We recommend checking the weather before you pack. A coat and a rain jacket are a must this time of year as Montana can be unpredictable.

Firelight Farm. It's about 15 minutes south of Bozeman.

Where are Sofia & Forest moving?

Answer

Salt Lake City! Sofia is starting OB/GYN residency at the U and Forest is managing events for the US Ski Team!
