Small town located 15 minutes away that has a cute square and food options. Advise parking in Parcheggio Via della Vigna to avoid driving through City Center and possibly incurring fines.
Located just 30 minutes away, the historic center of Siena has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The city has preserved its gothic character more than any other. Its 13th century Palazzo Pubblico or city hall is considered one of the most beautiful in Europe. Make sure to visit the Duomo! I recommend parking at Parking Il Campo on Via di Fontanella to avoid driving in the city center and incurring fines.
Just 15 minutes away at Terme Antica Querciolaia, there are two spas (both indoor and outdoor) where natural thermal water comes out of the ground at a temperature of 100°F. The cost is 21 Euros for half day and 25 Euros for the full day.
Tuscany is the home to many of the best wines and wineries in the world. Some local wineries include Tenuta Di Arceno (53010 Localita Arceno, 53019 San Gusmé SI, Italy) and Felsina S.P.A (Via del Chianti, 101, 53019 Castelnuovo Berardenga SI, Italy), although there are numerous in the hills surrounding the estate.
