How it all began...

The year was 2018, but to this day they aren’t 100% in agreeance on the month. Nonetheless, it was a night that changed their lives forever. Andrea was just a small-town girl minding her own business and Phillip had embraced change and ventured out into the unknown - the unknown Village Strip of Umhlanga Rocks. Neither will admit to it, but it was love at first sight, or perhaps first dance-off, as both ended up showing off their somewhat questionable moves on the dancefloor. As fate would have it, or probably some slight stalking, Phillip and Andrea ended up at the same complex – neither being aware of where the other was living/staying, with both accusing the other of following the other home. After a few exchanged aliases and numbers (hello Victoria), a brief trip by Phil to Thighland, and some serious social media stalking on Andrea's part - these star-crossed lovers eventually made it out for an official first date. And the rest, as they say, is history. Well, after a lot of gentle (or maybe not so gentle) hints and nudges from the bride-to-be. This brings us to Saturday 26 June 2021, the day they have chosen to commit their lives to each other in front of family, and friends who have become family.
