Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside under a shaded and fanned patio. The reception will immediately follow inside the venue.

Question

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after party?

Answer

The reception will end at 11:00pm. The party is not stopping after that! We will be moving out of the ballroom and into the lobby and patio for an after party filled with Philly food, a DJ and an open bar!!

Are there any hotels near by?

Answer

I am so glad you asked! There are two hotels next to the venue. The AC Hotel (Marriott) and the Hilton Garden Inn. If you go to the "Travel" tab, you will be able to make your reservation through our room block for either hotel. Note: The AC Marriott ($299/night) is a short walk across the parking lot from The Ivy. The Hilton Garden Inn ($209/night) is a 3 minute drive or a quick 6 minute walk.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room blocks?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotels and mention The Rocco Smith Wedding — they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. Men are asked to wear a suit and tie. Alternatively, women are asked to wear an evening gown or a cocktail dress. Can I RVSP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Please use the QR code found on your invitation to RSVP.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.
