Semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies, think LBD. Sophisticated, yet comfortable. I would recommend wedges, though! Your heels will sink into the ground. Gentlemen, dress to impress! Ties are optional. But if you're trying to impress the ladies, a tie goes a long way.
It is our hope that guests feel safe while celebrating with us this evening. We are taking necessary precautions and putting several measures in place to achieve this. Guests are encouraged to wear masks; however, it is not required. We will have face masks available, along with social distancing wristbands to indicate guests' preferences. All staff will be required to wear masks. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer available at stations throughout the event. While dinner will be served buffet-style, we will have staff serving guests as they go through the buffet line.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be at Rogers Point Park (4000 North Route 66, Claremore, OK 74019). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place under a tent.
Yes and no. Hard Rock offers complimentary service to and from Tulsa International Airport. But there will not be shuttle service to and from Rogers Point Park. Uber or Lyft can help, though! Plus, it's way safer to let them do the driving after a few drinks.
From The Hard Hotel & Casino: Take Highway 167 North to Pine Street, turn right. Take Pine Street to Old Highway 66, turn left. Take Route 66 past the blue whale and through the old steel bridge (approximately 2.7 miles). Rogers Point Park will be on your right. From Tulsa via I-244 (going East): Take Exit 241 for Highway 66. Follow Route 66 past the blue whale and through the old steel bridge (approximately 3.9 miles). Rogers Point Park will be on your right.
Complimentary valet will be available! Don't forget to tip.
Of course! We understand if you want a night off, but don't worry if you can't find a sitter. We'll have plenty of music and activities to entertain the little ones.
