FAQs

Question

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

Rideshare / Taxi: We highly recommend grabbing a lyft/uber or taxi from the lobby of your hotel. The drive from the Inn at the WAC is about 15 minutes depending on traffic. There will be a drop-off section marked with cones right in front of the venue. Driving / Parking: There is parking around the venue, with a paid lot right across the street, street parking in the area is free if you can find it. If you do plan to drive please ensure you have a responsible designated driver and allow yourself plenty of time to find parking prior to the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

This is a 21 and over event. Your kids are great, but we won't be having any children attend our wedding, we appreciate you understanding and hope you can take the evening to get a break and celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring....[fill in the blank]?

Answer

Your invitation will have the names of those invited, please do not bring any additional guests not listed on your invitation.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by August 8, this will help us provide accurate numbers for our vendors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to wear cocktail attire for our celebration! For women, that means midi, tea length or elegant maxi dresses, a stylish jumpsuit, or a dressy skirt and top. For men, a suit or blazer with dress pants and a button-down shirt works great. A tie is optional, so feel free to keep it relaxed but put-together. Overall vibe: polished, elegant, and ready to celebrate!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue around 5pm, and no later than 5:15. This will allow for a prompt 5:30 ceremony start time so we can get the celebration started!

Question

Is the Venue Indoors or Out?

Answer

Our venue has both indoor and outdoor space that we will be using (with a rain contingency plan), it can cool down in the fall months in Seattle so a jacket for the evening is always a good idea.
