Walk across the tallest bridge in America - suspended 956 feet above the wild Arkansas River. Make it a day and go on one of the Royal Gorge rafting trips for the full experience.
Pikes Peak
Drive to Colorado Springs and take a drive up America's Mountain. Stop by the Pike's Peak Summit Visitor Center to pick up some of their famous donuts and visit the gift shop.
Hanging Lake
Hanging Lake is one of Colorado's most spectacular places. Immerse yourself in nature and take the 2.4 mile hike up to Hanging Lake. This trail is steep, rigorous, and rocky but oh so rewarding! Please note, reservations for this trail are required. Visit the website for more details.
