Ceremony Transportation & FAQs

We have put together some information below in hopes of answering any questions you may have.
Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles running to and from the venue starting at 2:00 pm. Shuttles will be picking guests up in between the Vespara Hotel and the Sandcastle hotel in Pismo Beach. The shuttle will make runs back to guest's hotels beginning at 9:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking! We do recommend taking the provided shuttle to and from the ceremony should you be consuming alcohol.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

Are masks required? Will they be provided?

Answer

Our goal is to make everyone feel comfortable! Mask's will be readily available but not required. Mask's will be warn by all vendor staff throughout the duration of the event.

Will you encourage social distancing?

Answer

Great Question! While we are taking precautions (Outdoor venue, plated meal, sanitizing stations) there will not be a set standard of social distancing throughout the evening. We encourage those who prefer a little more distance to wear a thin pink silicon bracelet that we will provide. We want to make sure everyone can celebrate comfortably!
