The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same venue on Saturday in Palm Springs. We're keeping the exact location a surprise — for fun and dramatic effect. ;)
Transportation to the venue is shuttle-only — we'll provide it! Pickup will be at [address]. Please arrive by [time], as the shuttle will depart promptly.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception dinner will all be outdoors under shade, on a mix of pavers, grass, and decking. Dancing will move inside. Heaters will be on hand if the evening gets cool.
October in Palm Springs is warm during the day (80s°F) and pleasantly cool in the evenings (60s–70s°F). The ceremony and reception take place after the sun dips behind the mountains, after the heat of the day will have passed.
For daytime on your own: shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, swimwear, activewear, and SPF. Pack a pair of pants and a light jacket or shawl for evenings. Pickleball/tennis rackets welcome.
Friday: Smart Casual. Think a nice cocktail bar or dinner out — elevated but relaxed. Saturday: Semi-formal with a Palm Springs flair. Dress up — but feel free to be colorful and fun.
We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only celebration. If you're bringing the kids along on the trip, Patrick has some wonderful friends and family who have offered to babysit. Just reach out to him to arrange!
No registry here! We know a destination wedding is already a big ask, and your presence is truly enough of a gift.
There is no parking at the venue itself — all guests will arrive by shuttle. However, there is parking available at the shuttle pickup location. We'll share the full address and any parking details closer to the date.
