When should I RSVP?

We are no longer accepting RSVP’s, they were due October 15th, 2025!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can start arriving at 5:30PM and are encouraged to be seated by 5:45PM. Please reach out to Kyle or Julia with any questions.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our special day as intimate as possible, plus ones are by invitation only. We ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless indicated on your invitation. Please reach out to Kyle or Julia with any questions.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your kids, please join us for an elegant, adult only wedding celebration. Please reach out to Kyle or Julia with any questions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would prefer you celebrate with us in semi formal attire! Please reach out to Kyle or Julia with any questions.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. We have a fantastic photographer and videographer that will capture our ceremony and we will be sure to share the photos with you! Please reach out to Kyle or Julia with any questions.

Does any part of the event take place outside?

Answer

No! The ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will all be inside.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be a free shuttle to and from the hotels where the blocks are reserved. If you choose to not use the transportation provided, please see the travel section of our website for venue parking information. I have a food allergy or special diet, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. There will be Vegan and Vegetarian options available. Please indicate this when you RSVP. Please reach out to Kyle or Julia with any questions.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes, at the Westin Book Cadillac and the Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel room block are under 'Thomas Wedding' at both hotel locations. Please see more details included in the travel section of our website and reach out to Kyle or Julia with any questions.
