How do we get to Foxfire Mountain House for Welcome Drinks on Friday?

Friday Welcome Drinks (8pm-10pm) at Foxfire Mountain House - For this event, everyone is welcome to drive to the venue & park (there will be no bus service on Friday).

How do I get to Foxfire Mountain House on Saturday for the Wedding?

Answer

Wedding Day Transportation - we have hired a bus service to pick up guests the hotels listed below, Please note that (with very limited exceptions) Foxfire does not allow guests to park at the venue on the wedding day. Please reach out to Ryan or Sarah directly to discuss if this may be an issue. Pick-up schedule: -3pm: Catskill Seasons Inn -3:15pm: Shandaken Inn -3:20pm: Howland House -3:30pm: Graham & Co. -3:30pm: Emerson Resort -3:50pm: Graham & Co. (2 pick-up) -3:50pm: Emerson Resort (2 pick-up) -For the return trip back to the hotels, although the reception ends at 11pm, the buses will begin running back and forth starting at around 10pm until 11:30ish.

Will there be family photos?

Answer

Group Photos (Family) - We have a very limited window for "official" family photos on the wedding day. We would greatly appreciate it if all family members are ready to take these photos during the cocktail hour at around 5:35pm. Of course, our photographer will be around all day/night for more casual/unofficial photo opps.

Can I take photos during your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We greatly appreciate your smiling faces and presence during our wedding ceremony. We ask that you please refrain from any photos (aka phones out) during any part of our wedding ceremony. They are distracting and we have an incredible photographer to capture all the special moments. Please enjoy the day, the view, the sentiments without your phone <3
